Just my favorite collection of apps. 
Windows 7 look with gnmenu and dockbarx. Virtual Box 4.0 included.
This is a full backup so there will be some things you need to change like
driver for your video card(mine is an ati card) and I have quite of bit of
eye candy enabled(my personal preference) so you may need to kill some of that.
You need to update grub. And if installing in Virtual machine the task bar is too
crowded so unpin a few things so you can add a normal menu to install or use the
installer at the boot menu. After guest additions everything will be fine :-)
To install it you will need to go to System/Administration/install RELEASE or
use the installer at the boot menu.
User name Ubuntu 1004
Password ubuntu
One more thing... gnomenu is a bit flaky... it will give you errors but ignore it.
Once installed it's not bad other than the occasional need to reload :-) Use a normal
menu from "add to panel" if it bothers you.
